Very disappointing. I’ve been coming here for years already and have seen the quality drastically deteriorate which is very sad. This time the massage was honestly awful. The Thai lady was clearly not trained and was standing in for other colleagues on holiday. I left feeling more stiff and sore than when I arrived. What irritates me is that you are asked to choose an employee but you never get that person - it’s always someone new. Very sad as they are going to loose loyal customers like this.

Ik begreep niks van de massage. Denk de masseuse ook niet. Voelde me na de massage totaal niet relax. Mevrouw deed maar wat. Ging tussedoor ook nog twee keer weg.

Very professional help, I received also suggestions for follow up treatment based on my complaints. And afterwards a few driendly words. Even tho I dont live in The Hague anymore, I always return here for masaage.
