Awful experience, left the salon with the left side of my hair in a curved shape which I highlighted whilst in the salon there was an issue. Ivana claimed to fix it but when I returned home it was clear my hair was completely messed up. I contacted the salon including pictures, highlighting the issue. I received no response, which is shocking. Normally if there is an issue with a haircut, a salon would offer you to come in to correct it. I had to go to a second salon to correct the cut.
