Voor de eerste keer wenkbrauwen laten doen. De salon was om 10 uur nog niet open, ik stond voor een dichte deur. De medewerkster was de sleutel thuis vergeten. Vervolgens wenkbrauwen ook niet netjes gedaan, nog haartjes die zichtbaar waren.

Awful experience, left the salon with the left side of my hair in a curved shape which I highlighted whilst in the salon there was an issue. Ivana claimed to fix it but when I returned home it was clear my hair was completely messed up. I contacted the salon including pictures, highlighting the issue. I received no response, which is shocking. Normally if there is an issue with a haircut, a salon would offer you to come in to correct it. I had to go to a second salon to correct the cut.
