As usual a 10.
I have chosen this time another massage modality: Aloha Yoga, which combines relaxation with complete movement of the joints of the body. The effect is immediately. I slept like a puppy tonight.

The experience was really good. Eddie was super nice and the oils used are great.I wanted the massage to be firmer and I also found the strokes very fast and not very focused on trigger points, however that is just preference. Overall very positive.
