Elisa was zeer professioneel en gastvrij. Ze was de perfecte keuze voor mijn eerste balayage. Met mijn donkerbruine haar wilde ik een kapster gespecialiseerd in mijn haarkleur. Elisa gaf uitstekend advies, stelde een lichtere balayage voor en legde geduldig uit waarom dat mijn features zou complimenteren. Het resultaat is prachtig en paste perfect bij mijn gelaatstrekken. De sfeer in de salon was ontspannen & fun. Elisa's vakmanschap en warme persoonlijkheid maakten de ervaring zeer positief.
