The moment I came in the salon I felt a nice presence. She was very friendly and communicated well. She also did finish my hair at a reasonable time. The only thing I find that is important is for her to explain now and then what she is planning to do with the person's hair and give tips on how they can further take care of it. Other than that she is a wonderful and experienced hairdresser.
