Silvia first makes you feel safe and relaxed and then she checks your body for weak spots / pain points while massaging from top to toe. She seems to have a lot of experience and very sensitive hands because she knows to apply just the right technique and pressure. When I left, I felt re-introduced to every fibre of my body - in a very good way. The name equilibrium is very appropriate!

This was a wonderful massage - a much-needed combination of relaxation and healing. Having explained to Silvia my neck and shoulder issues, I asked her to give me whichever massage treatment she thought appropriate. She started with a relaxation massage and then moved on to my neck and shoulders with a thorough combination of sports massage and acupressure, before finishing with a further relaxation massage. My neck and shoulders have felt much less tense since. I would highly recommend Silvia!
