I have requested double volume with the thin lashes up to 12mm, we have discussed the desired outcome with the lashmaker: it should look natural. At the end I was not satisfied with the result, the lashes stick together and not separated so every bunch looks like one thick eyelash. When the extended lash falls off, every bundle contains 3-4 lashes, not 2 as expected.

Julia is not working there anymore. So when I arrived, she was not there. The recepcionist said to me ‘come back wednesday’. Doesnt matter i booked the appointment several weeks ago! The company is a complete joke. The manager didn’t say sorry, i should have written to her- what s lovely customer care.
And the last and best: they dont use anymore treatwell, but i could book an appointment. I dont recommend this company.
