Bad experience with Esra. I had a gap in my eyebrows and went to salon to try to fix it. The first time it was with Sinem and the experience was perfect. She tried to fix the shape of my eyebrows. Then I visited the salon again and this time it was with Esra, who destroyed my eyebrows be over removing them, resulting a ruined shape. She was also rude when I was trying to tell her that she destroyed my eyebrows. Don’t select Esra.
