Eva was super nice and kind and the space was very comfortable. I realised only after the 2D eyelashes were on that it was really not the look I was going for. Eva graciously removed some of them so they were more like 1 extension per lash. She spend about 35 extra minutes removing some extensions without complaint and even refused additional payment for her time.
