I strongly disagree with a lot of negative reviews about Eyelash Express - I have been a customer at this salon for about 3 years. Before that, I have been to other lash extensions salons as well, so I can compare this salon to others. Staff at Eyelash Express is always quite busy, but also very friendly and attentive.They all take their time for their customers and want the eyelashes to look nothing less than perfect, which sometimes results in a slightly delayed appointment (approximately 5-15 minutes). However, the end result always looks phenomenal (so definitely worth the possible wait)! Jolanda, the owner, is my absolute favorite. Nevertheless, all staff is skilled and make your eyes pop with their eyelash extensions. Only once in the 3 years I have been a customer my Eyelash extensions fell off the day after the appointment. After a phone call I could come in for a free appointment the same day and they redid my lashes perfectly. So great service as well! Eyelash Express is hands down the best salon I have ever been to get your eyelash extensions done.
