I came in wanting to chop off half of my hair, Felipe was the best person to pick for this transformation, very encouraging & positive. He was willing to compromise and pay attention to my needs & vision while adding his expertise to the mix. In addition to loving my new hairstyle, it was a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, I particularly appreciate Felipe's openmindedness and informal - very human approach and communication!
