Fidel is an extremely kind person, very professional, respects your wishes, ready to give you the best advice and the result is absolutely amazing! I definitely recommand it, it worths every euro ;-)

Inmiddels ben ik bij verschillende salons geweest voor een keratine behandeling; die bij Fidel is verreweg het beste. Hij neemt echt de tijd (reken op ongeveer vier uur!) om de keratine heel goed in te brengen. Het resultaat is geweldig. Waarschijnlijk zal hij de behandeling binnenkort ook in het weekend doen (daarom was ik een keer bij een andere salon beland). Aanrader dus!

This review would probably receive a 0 if it was possible to enter it. First, my appointment was rescheduled for a different date and time than I originally booked. Second, the hairdresser did not show up on the appointment and did not pick up his phone when the reception tried to contact him. I waited for 20 min and then I left. From a customer service stand point, this behavior is absolutely unacceptable! It just shows that this person is not taking his business seriously, so take this into consideration if you decide to make an appointment.

I've been here for the second time and I'm surprised again by the way Fidel works. His technique to cut your hair in a way that makes it easy to shape is excellent! We did not talk much this time, but when you want to have a nice (English) chat, Fidel is good company. The ambiance is simple and is an instore at Sunday's. Because the place is hard to find, Fidel needs to keep his quality high to attract people - and you can see and feel that in your fresh haircut! -------- Ik ben hier voor de tweede keer geweest en ik ben opnieuw verrast door de manier waarop Fidel te werk gaat. Zijn techniek om je haar zo te knippen dat het makkelijk te stijlen is, is fantastisch! We hebben dit keer niet veel gepraat, maar wanneer je een gezellig (Engels) praatje wilt, is Fidel goed gezelschap. De ambiance is simpel en is in Sunday’s. Omdat het lastig te vinden is, moet Fidel zijn hoge kwaliteit waarborgen om mensen aan te trekken – en dat merk je na een frisse knipbeurt!

Great hairdresser. I have been here before and he always makes some time to really make something of my hair. He tries some new hairdo's and they always turn out great.The service and friendliness is amazing as well.. i defenitely recommend this place!
