Fidel sees you as a person. He pays attention to what you need and want. He looks into your eyes and hair... He is not a robot, he is a precious human being, helping you find the best version of your image. He hears and feels. He is very sensitive. He honestly explain the good&bad of the treatment, every step of the journey to get what one is searching to achieve. When I left his studio, my hair was wonderfully crafted, Fidel is an hair artist.
