I came in with stiff shoulders, Lena did an amazing job getting the knots out. Lena also gave me some tips and streches to avoid stiff shoulders.

The massage was very good I still need to go again because the 45 min was not enough to get rid of all the knots in my shoulders so I'll be back very soon. Agata is very friendly and very good at her job. I'll be back soon.

10/10 would recommend. Had a post partum massage with Lena. My back hurt a lot from wrong posture during breastfeeding. That pain is pretty much gone now. Very nice use of different techniques.
