Even the work was very long (full head braids) which is totally normal the staff was very warm. The owner also helped out with lunch and drinks. The lady who actually made my braids was very warm and welcome and the result is AMAZING!!

Came in with brassy highlights on dark blonde base for root touch-up and cooler shade on highlights.
What I got:
- full hair dyed 3 shades darker
- highlights needed to be re-done (so bleaching - when as mentioned, I walked in with already bleached tresses)
- it took 3 hours and 10 mins to do the whole thing
- at the end, when saying I payed through treatwell, I had to provide screenshots of the transaction in both app and my bank account. Weird.
Not going back and would not recommend.
