Still happy with my keratin treatment of last time and today had a silk press with an Olaplex treatment. It was perfect and quick! Thank you so much:)

Just had a disappointing second appointment. Salon contacted me to move up my appointment by 15 - 30 minutes, 2 hours before the appointment, no problem, I complied. I explained that my hair was a bit tough because I went to the gym this morning and apologized, Cristina proceeded to tell me how I should brushy hair everyday cause it was tough. Told her verbatim DO NOT CUT MORE THAN 5MM, she still cut an inch and a half. As a former assistant salon manager horrified by the customer service.

Super blij met mijn kapsel. Ik raad iedereen aan met blackhair of krullen deze kapperszaak uit te proberen. Ik heb al jaren problemen met kapper ze klagen altijd je haar is te dik, je kan beter relaxen. Hier werd ik heerlijk geholpen ook al heb ik een bos haar.

4c dames, wees niet bang voor een knipbeurt. Sinds Cristina mij knipt, heb ik voor het eerst in jaren een gezonde bos haar en hou ik lengte vast. Dit is echt nodig voor de perfecte twist out.
