Unfortunately not a very nice experience - had booked an appointment for a pedicure. When arriving was completely ignored for 20 min (even though I tried to approach various colleagues), then finally started the pedicure. Instead of 30 min, just 12 min treatment, super rough, distracted, on phone, not addressing concern or apologizing for delay, instead rude and making me feel uncomfortable. Will certainly not return and would not recommend.

I went to get a Brazilian wax, and it was the worst wax I have ever had. My vagina still is in pain and still is left with many hairs. The lady who performed the wax seemed as though she had never done a Brazilian wax in her life. She began by trimming my hair very short, which only made it impossible to remove later, and which is why I am left with so many small hairs. She waxed very inefficiently and it was extremely painful. She would put very hot wax a little at a time and wouldn’t pull the wax off all in one go, but slowly, which made the pain even more excruciating. The whole salon smelt of a burning chemical.

Heel erg blij met mijn nagels en wimpers!!salon is vernieuwd en ziet er erg mooi en schoon uit...over 3 weekjes weer nagels opvullen en wimpers😍
