I did eyelash pump, I asked to make the look more open (to use a small size) - one eye went out great and beautiful, but the other one horrifying, looked like it was curled on a pin. I asked Tamar to fix it, she refused to do another procedure immediately as it is bad for eyelashes, and promised to contact me next week - never contacted me again. I asked Treatwell for the refund, they replied that she refused to make a refund. I made the correction in another salon the next day with no problem.
