Michelle is attentive, pleasant and skilled. She knows what she's doing. She explains what she's doing before she does it and answers all my questions. The treatment is going fine. The progress is obvious. I would recommend her to anyone looking to remove a tattoo.
I'm sure she's great with other treatments as well. It feels like she knows what she's doing. Two thumbs up!
