First, I did not book my appointment with Gina, but with Dayanne. Secondly, she asked several times whether my nails were BIAB and they were not, I have been doing my nails for ages and I know the difference but she was insisting. All this to find out that at the end, she wanted me to pay extra for the removal because she was insisting that it was BIAB but it was not. This was very unfortunate, GlowCity is my all time go place to do my nails, and I would not expect this from them.

Mooie Biab gezet. Afspraak op tijd. Leuke, frisse salon. Gewenste , art op nagels was mogelijk en is perfect en artistiek/sierlijk met de hand gezet. Zeer tevreden.

Ik heb BIAB nagels en een pedicure laten doen bij GlowCity en het was een geweldige ervaring! De sfeer was ontzettend gezellig, en ik voelde me meteen op mijn gemak. Het personeel is professioneel en vriendelijk en de resultaten zijn top. Mijn nagels zien er prachtig uit en ik ben super tevreden. Ik kom hier zeker terug!
