One of the best massages I've had. I have a bad back, particularly around the shoulders so I am aware that I am hard work. I got the impression that the masseuse really cared about getting the knots out instead of just going through the motions in a robotic fashion. She was also really friendly and consistently checked that I was happy with the pressure. I will 100% come back

The worst massage experience we had ever in our lives. Room was very hot without ventilation. The workers were constantly talking and laughing which felt uneasy. They did not have a clue on how to massage. It felt like they just use oil and do not know what to press and how to touch. One of the ladies were 80+ year old and couldn't even press at all. We ask for refund but they did not help at all. We are trying to arrange refund through treat well
