Need shower gel inthe water treatment room and locker room sinks and showers. Should have more towels available and bath robes without us asking.

The back-neck massage was good, but no communication of the force/movement/need what so ever. The view from the terrace is great. But sauna, baths and showers need better hygiene. The facility in general needs a serious makeover. Lockers do not work. Hygiene is on a very poor level: people are allowed to a pool area with their outside shoes, the terrace is too dirty being full of dust, stains and seagull poop. Windows are dirty, sun beds are scattered around without any care, pool is dirty, clock in the gym is not working, etc. More attention to a spa belonging to a such hotel would be a must. Sugar/chocolate wending machine in a welness/spa? Stuff is not very welcoming nor friendly. Seriously, I was dissapointed.
