This was my second visit. My first visit was very pleasant on a week day so I returned, but on the weekend. It felt more like being at a hotel than at a spa. At my first visit I was offered a robe and slippers and given a card so that I could get a discount after a few return visits. This time I was only given a towel and anything else would need to be rented in addition to the expensive 60min massage treatment. The staff were not very welcoming and seemed too busy and stressed for the small amount of customers there. They seemed to have to take care of having enough towels for the hotel guests at the pool and no time for the people paying for spa treatments. Also, I was not able to get any credit on my return visit card as I had forgotten to bring it with me. I have customer cards at many different stores and this is the only one that I actually need to have the card with me to get credit at the "store". I won't go back. The massage wasn't even that great.

De facial en massage waren echt top. De dames zijn echte professionals en zeer vriendelijk. Ik ben al heel wat gewend, maar dit waren werkelijk heerlijke relaxte uitgebreide behandelingen. Helaas geen lunch mogelijkheden tijdens de wellness. Dat is echt een gemis.

Hele mooie opi gel nagellak behandeling gehad. Leuk enthousiast personeel. Voelt je echt in de watten gelegd.

Fijne behandeling gehad van Michelle. Jammer te horen dat het geen 'echte' hammam behandeling betreft maar de behandeling was prettig en en voelde luxe aan, met fijne massage en voelde prima aan. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding!
