All in all a great place to stay. People are very nice and the service was very good. I wish the floor and the sauna area would have been wiped a bit more often. But all in all recommendable.

We booked a release special. First there were no bathrobes (included in the special) We had to ask for the welcome drinks and the refreshments, they were not offered to us. (included in the package) The dispenser for soap and shampoo (included in the package) were empty or broken. Staff tried their best in a very friendly way, but they did not seem to be informed about what was included in the package deals at all. The massages were marvellous. very relaxing. But the ambiance at the pool was very noisy and hectic. No relaxing possible. Immerse yourself in a world of harmony and relaxation??? Not at all! In a "World of Luxury by the Sea"? Not at all. For Luxury we would have expected, that the Hotel had at least invested in a quiet room.
