Really professional lady. They were extremely punctual with my appointment. The only problem is that my hair was not completely dry (I have loads of hair, so it is not an easy task) and I was too shy to tell the hairdresser. Maybe it would be good to have a second feel to the deeper or inside layers of the hair.
