I will not be back; I have NEVER been for a cut and blowdry that I have to SPECIFICALLY request a wash, I would honestly think every hairstylist that takes pride in their work, would anyway WANT to wash your hair to give his perfect result as a stylist… clearly not at Haarkunst! And when I phone to clarify why they did not do it in my daughter’s case, she shouts at me and slams the phone down so hard ( my daughter witnessed this) and then told my daughter “Your Mom is not normal”!?!! Shocking!
