Horrible! Worst experience at a hairdresser of my life so far. The lady was giving me an attitude the whole appointment, being careless when washing and brushing my hair (got shampoo in my eye twice, she brushed my curly hair in a way that a lot of hair got ripped off my head, hit me with the brush multiple times - one time even in the face and not apologising once for it). On top of that I got the worst blow dry ever. Clearly she didn’t know how to handle my hair and what customer service is.
