I initially had an appointment for eyebrows and upperlip thread, arm wax, and pedicure. The employee for the pedicure was sick, so I did not do it. For the rest, I usually get my wax from another employee (who is really good), but this time she was not there. We started with waxing my arms, but the employee was really "violent" and left some quite visible bruises. We then did the upperlip and she cut a bit my lip. In the end, I decided not to get the eyebrows done because I was honestly scared.
