Honestly, I expected better behavior of the staff - I arrived 5minutes before my appointment, but nobody paied attention to me. I had to ask what is going on 10 minutes later, because Akita (my booked hairdresser) started the treatment with another client. Nobody apologyzed, I felt like I am not welcome. The haircut is good, but the overall feeling from the experience is negative. I will not visit this salon again.
