It's a lovely experience overall. I was very satisfied at the end. Makay had a good amount of knowledge on curls and gave me some pointers on how to take better care of my hair. She also gave me some suggestions on natural & cruelty-free products and confirmed the products I have already been using - which was well appreciated.
