I booked the treatment for a balayage, it was the wort experience I ever had. The results were so bad even the hairdresser said it wasn’t good. She used a cap on my head like people used in the 80’s... I said afterwards that I wasn’t happy with the treatment but she still wanted 65€! The reason was that she put so much work and products in my hair. She also said it didn’t look horrible and if I put my hair up you can barely see how bad it is! She was stressed out and only cared about making money. I paid 65€ for nothing and the day afterwards I went to an other hairdresser who actually knows how to do a balayage. I seriously doubt if she’s even done the education. DONT GO THERE!!!!
