I was excited to get my hair done due to having my best friends wedding next week. I arrived to be not so nicely greeted. Then, I was told that the daughter of the hairdresser was washing my hair. I am all for learning and like that she is trying to gain experience - however the reality was that she was not good - the water was cold most of the time, she didn't wash the underside of my hair, and scratched at my head. It was not relaxing and it didn't seem like any care was taken at all. I treated myself to a hair treatment, yet this also was not relaxing or did not leave my hair feeling any more special than normal. I thought the haircut would make up for it, however I was left disappointed when the hairdresser "shaped" the hair around my face - but actually left a big chunk of hair at the front all the same length, like that in a bob, with the back of my hair being long, which looks terrible and now I am afraid will be ruined for my friends wedding. It is the most disappointing hair experience I have had in a long time. It's a shame, because the hairdresser was very nice and the salon was pretty. I won't return.

Goede kapper, hebben mijn haar netjes geknipt en ben er erg tevreden over. Mijn enige opmerking is dat het wat donker is binnen, dit omdat het een vrij smal pad is komt er niet veel natuurlijk licht naar binnen. Voor mij had dit niet echt invloed op het knippen, maar kan mij voorstellen dat het soms lastig kan zijn.
