I have curly hair, and I asked for layers. I left with hair wet to style and diffuse at home, so I couldn't see the end result right away.
Turns out left and right side of my head didn't have the same lenght and shape (I have consistent curl pattern) . The salon was good to offer to come again to fix it, but no one ever apologized for the inconvenience or offer any compensation (I don't live in Amsterdam and I told them).
