Hairdresser cancelled at the salon, when we arrived! She apparently forgot to turn of her calendar, and was running behind and whatnot. Had booked for my 1 y/o. She additionally said she’ll cancel my appointment in the system for me to receive a refund. She hasn’t. Overall a complete ridiculous and unprofessional experience. Thankfully my baby had an awesome cut at another salon 10 min away after.
