The overall experience was great, Kitty is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. The treatment was well balanced between relaxing and the necessary cleaning of the face. Small note: the things included in the treatment online, differ from the folder at the spa, e.g. whether the neck and shoulder massage is included in the basic 1h facial.
