I got a treatment for colouring my hair. The colouring was fine. After colouring, they was my hair and barely dry the hair. I was walking outside with my head half wet. I went back later (2 hours later) to ask if drying my hair was not part of the treatment. So, they just coloured the hair, washed it and barely dried it. And one of the women working there answered me very rudely, that of course the drying is not included in the colouring treatment. I had to order a drying option seperately.
