I went in for a new set and a week later all of my lashes have fallen out. I don’t know what the issue was because I’ve come here before with no issues. But now all my lashes have fallen out. They have not contacted me back yet. Poor communication, I would not recommend.

I usually do not write reviews, but this one is a must. I just wanted a trim. I didn't think it is that hard to do. I was asking her to just have a normal cutting off the edges and have it a bit shorter in front (but such that you do not see a delimitation). What she did, she made a mistake and cut too much from the front to the point in which she left me with two different types of cuts. A short one in front and a long one in the back. It looks as if I cut myself by mistake :(. Disappointing.
