My rating is because I was quite disappointed that I didn’t get to have my hair appointment with Berfin and instead had to have my hair cut by a random woman. I’m a student and I don’t have a lot of money, but I really wanted to get a hair cut so I travelled to Leiden because I’m always happy with the way Berfin cuts my hair. When I arrived, I was told I won’t have my haircut with Berfin, but instead with someone else. I’m sure you understand that for many people it takes a lot to trust someone you don’t know with their hair. If I was going to get a random person to cut my hair, I could’ve gotten it anywhere. I didn’t travel to Leiden and get a day off at my job to get my hair cut by a random person. Of course the lady did her best and I’m OK with the result, but I’m not super happy about it. I think it’s unacceptable that you didn’t inform me in advance that Berfin wasn’t going to be able to cut my hair.

Een hele prettige sfeer. Berlin luistert luistert goed naar mijn wensen maar door haar professionele aanpak heb ik een prachtig kapsel gekregen. Ik ben er heel erg blij mee.
