I had a stunning appointment with Romy (I hope I got her name right). The facial massage was absolutely calming and was what I needed in the middle of a intense work day. She's attentive to all my needs and my customer experience could not have been better. She also helped me put my necklace back on which is something I tend to struggle with every time I have to take off for the facial. It seem like a small gesture but completely made a difference and went a long way for me. You're a superstar, Romy! Thank you so much!
