I had a good experience. My hair was washed and cutted in the way I expected. Mossy even went to buy some tea for me. The only thing that was not nice was the experience of the following client. I felt bad about it, because he had to wait around 30 minutes while Mossy was finishing my hair. For some reason the system believes that washing, cut and dries a women hair takes 30 minutes. I was lucky because I didn't have to wait, but probably is common that some costumers have to.
