I booked in for a wash, cut and blow dry and the stylist just sprayed my hair with some water, cut it and roughly dried it!
I was also supposed to get a brow shape and eyelash tint - the eyelash person was not available on the day I came, despite me being able to book it for that day (I was told it was a scheduling error) and then when my eyebrows were threaded, she didn't even pull my skin tight so it was incredibly painful. I ended up telling her to stop, so I could pull my skin and it was OK.
