I called Treatwell and they saw that The owner added a note to the booking saying he had to cancel, but note doesn't trigger any notification.
The agent seemed very concerned and apologetic. She offered me a discount as a compensation. But it never arrived.
Really bad experience with Ido's cutting crew and with the Treatwell service.

Ido wist precies hoe hij met mijn haar moest omgaan en heeft in een recordtijd mijn haar geknipt en gekapt. Er hangt een goede sfeer en er wordt gebruikgemaakt van goede producten. Ik kom graag terug!

Love going to Ido's for a cut...he knows just what to do with your face shape and style and the mood in the salon is always fun, friendly and informal - I always leave knowing I have a good cut that will last.
My hair has improved so much after seeing him for a while and I wouldn't use anyone else!!
