I arrived a little early, and Patricia was friendly and welcoming before my appointment, making sure I felt comfortable before finishing up with the earlier client. She listened to my wishes and did a marvellous job, and also explained to me how to fill in my brows, and gave me tips on how I should get started. It was an overall pleasant experience, and definitely worth the money.
