Nagels te kort afgeknipt, niet gevraagd hoe ik het wou hebben. Bij 1 nagel was de gellak door de lamp beschadigd, niet opnieuw gedaan. Geen topcoat!

My experience was horrible. I went there to remove acrylic gel and get manicure with shellac. The gel wasn’t properly removed and layers were still on my nails. The beautician then applied many layers of shellac which was so ugly with small bubbles. I asked to remove it to properly remove the layers underneath, to receive the worst reply: ‘.Sorry I can’t, my client is waiting’. I just wanted everything removed, so ended up with non removed gel and damaged nails.
