I'm going to be oh-so-good sore tomorrow! Faith always does such a great job really working hard on my muscle issues and I always feel so much better after I get in to see her.

First time that I had a deep tissue massage and it was great! I felt comfortable throughout the whole session. Faith is in my opinion a very skilled woman, who exactly knew my "weak spots" and could predict the type of work I do just by looking at my body and muscles. She takes the time to get to know you and your preferences and nothing feels rushed. After the massage I felt relaxed, but also very tired. So I slept the next couple of hours when I got home. The following week people noticed I was standing more straight with my shoulders backwards. But most importantly: I noticed a significant difference when doing my exercised with my physical therapist. So I will definitely come back in the near future!
