I've been going to this salon for nearly 1,5 years, however 1st x I had a poor experience. I feel bad writing this review as this does not reflect ALL BA ladies, only Anastasia. Anastasia was cranky from the start. She would not stop bad mouthing my nails & kept asking where I got them done. She was quite rough & continued showing frustration. I had to ask her to be softer until I had enough & left after 30min. Her concern was payment, until she learned I prepaid. I will not return unfort.
