Ze neemt de tijd voor je. Denkt goed met je mee en deelt wat haar bevindingen zijn....neemt je echt daarin mee. Straalt veel kundigheid uit. Is erg enthousiast!

After a fantastic haircut from Lisa, I wanted a trim two month later. As Lisa wasn’t available for a month, I decided to book with her colleague and while he is a super nice guy, the haircut was not a trim but something completely different that I did not want. I was very upset when I realized that it will take me a year to grow it back to the length I had with Lisa’s cut and to get rid of those horrible layers (I wanted a straight line with bangs as on the photo I showed him). I am disappointed
