I booked a removal, and new biab set. I liked my biab treatment. During my appointment I was told I had to pay extra for my removal (never had heard of that during previous appointments). As well as that a full manicure treatment was not part of my booking (while it said so in their description), and this was extra as well. I expressed that this was stated on the booking and had to show it to her for me to get what I paid and booked for. It made the whole experience a bit unfortunate.
