I have thin nails and I told the nailtechs that. Before this appointment I did a biab refill and I said to watch out with the filing because it's easy to overfile my nails. That appointment left me with pain in my left middle finger and index finger. This resulted in my not wanting to continue with biab anymore. After 3 weeks I made this appointment after and reminded another nailtech to watch, however I'm now left with pain in all my nails. Anything with pressure (like holding phone) hurts.
